MY STORY:

I grew up in Estonia and in 1988, I came to Denver with my mom, dad and two younger brothers. I was 12 years old. We fled the Russian Communism and immigrated to the United States with only four suitcases and like so many others had to start our life from scratch. I taught myself English, took accelerated programs in school, and worked part-time to help support my parents. I also helped raise my two much younger brothers during this time, which was invaluable when I became a mom.

After high school, I worked in the medical field for about 10 years. Although I enjoyed helping people in healthcare, I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial dream. I started a thriving home and commercial cleaning business which became highly successful. All this ended when my two sons were born. I then became a full-time mom because my family was and is my world. I was still able to fulfill my entrepreneurial spirit by helping my husband grow his online side business.

UNEXPECTED TURN OF EVENTS FOR ME!

Around this same time, while I was training my 13-year-old son, Andrew at  , I met Randy, a mortgage broker. When he learned  I had a marketing degree and was an entrepreneur at heart, Randy recommended that I become a mortgage broker. He brought a ton of marketing materials to introduce us to a different kind of loan and said we should try it. My husband and I were not interested because we already had a 15-Year mortgage. Fast forward to today, we refinanced our home and paid it off in 1.5 years.

AFTER TWO AND A HALF  YEARS OF HARD WORK, Paidoff™ WAS BORN. 

To say it was challenging is an understatement.  But, with this challenge came a great opportunity.  An opportunity to help thousands of homeowners to realize their dream.   The dream  to finally live in a home all paid for.  And, not only that but to accomplish it Much Faster saving a ton of time and  money in the process.

Randy Flood is a seasoned mortgage professional who began his career in 1998. With over 25 years of experience, Randy has helped countless of individuals.

Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, Randy was a highly decorated military officer who served our country for over 20 years in the Army. One of his many military highlights was when he volunteered for Desert Storm and served on General Schwarzkopf’s medical staff.

Randy played football at Oklahoma State University in the early 70s. Besides his undergraduate degree in Business Administration degree, he also later earned an MBA and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.

Randy has been instrumental in establishing and launching Paidoff™. Today he dedicates his life in helping homeowners to achieve their dream of paying off their homes and becoming mortgage debt-free Much Faster.

Aaron loves helping people to understand and experience new things that will enrich their lives.

Aaron has been helping homeowners pay off their homes Much Faster for the last eight years. The old traditional fixed-rate mortgage has not evolved in the US over the past 90 years, and Aaron believes that homeowners deserve a much better way to finance their homes and secure their financial future.

Before learning about this unique loan, Aaron worked for most of his life in universities (lecturing), churches (music), conferences (speaking), and schools (teaching). He enjoys helping people reach their true potential and live more fulfilled lives.

Aaron studied Communication at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and then earned a Master’s at Northern Seminary in Chicago. He and his wife Megan have four sons and live in Colorado.
